Legends Draft
Legends Draft is a real-time game mode in which you assemble attacking and defensive teams from the limited pools of heroes and use them to compete against other players. Each Legends Draft Season lasts 28 days and restarts at 2:00 AM UTC.
Legends Draft mode becomes available at team level 22. To find the entrance, go to Hero Arena:
You can start a battle at the Legends Drafts menu. Each match requires a Draft Coin.
The recovery of one Draft Coin takes three hours. Once you have five Draft Coins, they stop restoring.
You can also get Draft Coins as a daily win streak reward or purchase them with emeralds. Press the plus sign near the Draft Coins counter to learn more.
After the game has matched you with an opponent, you need to assemble your defense team first. You need to select one of the three suggested heroes until you have a complete team of five. On the left side of the screen, you can see heroes from which your opponent chooses their attack team.
Once your defense team is ready, you need to assemble your attack team the same way. On the left side of the screen, you will also see which heroes your opponent has picked for their defense team.
All the suggested heroes have max upgrades except for Glyphs, class abilities, and star rating:

Glyphs' level is 40.

The class ability level is 0.

The number of stars is the same as in the player's collection but no lower than three stars.
Note
Both defense and attacking teams must consist of five heroes. You have 1 minute 30 seconds to gather each team. Otherwise, teams will be composed randomly, and the battle will start automatically.
When both teams are ready, you can watch your attacking team fight against the opponent's defensive team or skip the battle, as all battles in Legends Draft are automatic. It means that you cannot control your heroes manually. After the battle starts, the game server already calculates the battle results. The battle you see is just the recording; it is not real-time.
If you want to rewatch the battle or see your defense team fight against the opponent's attacking team, you can do it in the Journal or select the corresponding option after the battle ends.
To gain victory, you need to win both attack and defense battles. If one battle ends in victory and the second one in defeat, the player whose victorious battle lasted less time wins. If the battles are equal in time, the match ends in a draw.
After the battle, you will see a window with the results:
The main reward for winning is Trophies, in other words — rating points. The number of Trophies added depends on the player's League: the higher the League, the more Trophies the player receives for winning. If the battle is lost, Trophies are deducted respectively — the higher the League, the more Trophies are deducted. In case of a draw, neither of the opponents receives Trophies.
You also receive Draft XP for every battle:

100 Draft XP for a victory;

50 Draft XP for a defeat/draw.
Draft XP increases your Legends Path level.
Legends Draft also provides daily rewards for a series of victories.
The Win Streak rewards reset at 2:00 AM UTC. You can collect each of these five rewards once a day.
Once you reach a certain level of Win Streak, you start receiving more Draft XP. For example, the first level of the Win Streak gives an additional 10% Draft XP for battles.
The amount of additional Draft XP depends on the Win Streak level:

level 1 — +10% Draft XP;

level 2 — +20% Draft XP;

level 3 — +30% Draft XP;

level 4 — +50% Draft XP;

level 5 — +100% Draft XP.
To prevent the loss of a Win Streak, you have a Shield: all players have one, and players with a Draft Pass have two.
After you lose a battle, a Shield will break, but you will retain your Win Streak level. If you lose a battle and have no Shields left, your Win Streak will restart. After that, the Shields will be restored, but you have to achieve the Win Streak levels again. However, you will still have a chance to keep your Win Streak using emeralds right after the battle is lost.
The more Trophies you get, the higher the League you will reach and the better rewards you obtain. To see all the Leagues and rewards, press the helmet button.
The player receives League rewards:

When moving to a higher League.

At the beginning of the week.

At the end of a Season.
The highest League is Draft Legend. The three best players of a Season will be honored in the Hall of Fame.
Keep in mind that the number of Trophies you receive or get deducted after battle coincides with your League. The higher the League, the more Trophies you get, and the more are deducted. In the Draft Legend League, the number of Trophies also depends on your exact rating position.
While the Season is active, you cannot drop out of the League that you have already reached. Even if you lose a lot of battles, the number of Trophies you have will not fall below the current League's threshold.
However, at the end of the Season, all players automatically drop four Leagues down. The number of Trophies you have at the beginning of a new Season equals the rating threshold of the League. For example, if you finish the Season in the Champion III League, you will start the new Season in the Master II League with 2,500 Trophies.
By earning Draft XP, you get additional rewards in Legends Path. You can find this feature by pressing the shield button on the right.
Rewards of the Legends Path are divided into two categories: free rewards and Premium rewards.
Premium rewards are available with the Draft Pass purchased. The Pass also increases the max number of Draft Coins by 10, changes Draft Coins recovery by one per hour, and gives one more Win Streak Shield and the ability to refresh three defense heroes.
The game first searches for an opponent in the same League. If it cannot find an opponent in the same League, the game gradually broadens the search pool by seeking an opponent in other Leagues. Sometimes, a player can be matched with a bot, except for the players in Draft Legend — the game matches them only with real players.
