Guild War

To participate in Guild War, you must be a Guild member and a Champion.

You can find Guild War on the Guild main screen:

Where to Find

A Guild can participate in the Guild War only if there are at least five Champions. Champions are Guild members who can participate in Guild War. Guild Master and Generals select them.

Note
Each Champion gets two attack attempts. If a Gold Guild meets a Silver one in the Guild War, several Gold Champions will not be able to use their attacks because there will be only 30 attempts for the whole Guild.

You can apply to become a Champion or ask your Guild Master or Generals to make you one using the Guild chat. To become a Champion, you need to have at least three titans.

Note

A player who has left or been kicked out of a Gold or Silver league Guild cannot become Champion until the end of the current Guild War Season — Saturday, 8:00 PM UTC.

Participation Rules

The Guild War menu contains information about the upcoming Guild War:

Tap the Rules button to see the Guild War rules.

To learn more about the upcoming Guild War, tap the Visit/Attack button.

In the Defense tab, the Guild Master and Generals can plan the assignments for the next day.

The hexes on the map represent titan teams, and the squares represent hero teams. Tap a fortification to view the assigned teams.

To change your current teams of heroes and titans, tap the Update Team button. The changes will be applied on the next day when the Guild War starts.

If you have a Champion status, you will see a green checkmark near the Champion's status.

Here, you can also check whether your defense teams are assigned to positions.

You can find information on server leagues and current/last week's results by tapping the Leagues button on the main Guild War screen.

By pressing the Rewards button on the main Guild War screen, you can view daily and weekly rewards Guilds of different leagues can receive.

The Journal tab contains all battle records.

You can tap the i button next to a battle to view more information about it: earned points, replay, participating teams, etc.

In the current Guild War, you can also view a complete list of participating Champions from both Guilds, their teams, and the number of attempts left. To do so, tap on the blue button next to the Guild's name.

Guild War Menu

Guild War begins at 7:00 AM UTC and ends at 8:00 PM UTC. The goal is to score more points than the other Guild.

Note

One hour before the beginning of the Guild War at 6:00 AM UTC, the defenders' positions become fixed. Any changes made after that time will only apply to the next War.

You can do battles both manually and on auto. Also, you can pause battles for two minutes. If you decide to skip a fight, it will be finished in the Auto mode.

Note

If you start a battle before the end of a Guild War (before 7:59:59 PM), it will be finished and affect the results.

Guild Master and Generals can assign targets for Champions to attack. A warning will appear if they try to attack someone else's point.

The Ghost Bridge is an additional bridge that becomes available if a Guild breaks through the Mage Academy, Barracks, and the Lighthouse. Heroes or titans cannot be placed on it. Ghost Bridge cannot be attacked. It grants the opportunity to bypass the central bridge.

Guild War Season results are calculated every Friday after 8:00 PM UTC. If Guilds earn the same number of points during the Guild War Season, their places are determined according to the results of the previous week. Note that their league is not taken into account.

For example, if a Guild took first place the previous week, in the case of a draw, it'd be the first the current week as well. The same rule works when a Guild moves to a new league: if this Guild took first place the previous week and then moved to another league, in the case of a draw, it'd also be one of the first in the new league the current week.

Battles

There are four leagues in the game:

  • Gold league: 6 Guilds;

  • Silver league: 10 Guilds;

  • Bronze league: 30 Guilds;

  • Qualification league: all other Guilds on the server.

Qualification, Bronze, and Silver league Guilds can have up to 15 Champions and 30 positions on the Guild War Map. Gold league Guilds can have 20 Champions and 40 positions. However, if a Gold Guild meets a Silver one in battle, it will have only 30 positions, though all 20 Champions will be able to participate.

In the Qualification league, the maximum number of points a Guild can earn depends on the average level of their opponents' teams. Guild earns 20 points for the complete elimination of a fortification slot. These points are then multiplied by the average level of the highest team level players from both Guilds.

In the Bronze, Silver, and Gold leagues, Guilds earn 20 points for the complete elimination of an opponent's fortification slot. There is no multiplication. So, there are 1,200 points maximum.

Leagues

The transition matches from one league to another take place on Saturday. All defense positions get locked one hour before the War starts. From that moment on, all changes will only affect the next War, not the current one.

In these matches, top Guilds from every league fight against bottom Guilds from the next league. Depending on the position, Guilds fight to move up to a higher league or to keep their place in the current one.

Note
The Gold league is an exception. Only the three bottom Guilds take part in the transition matches. The top Guilds do not participate, as they have already reached the highest league.

To check how many Guilds take part in the transition matches, tap the Rewards button in the Guild War menu.

  • The top six Guilds from the Qualifying league fight against the bottom six Guilds from the Bronze league.

  • The top four Guilds from the Bronze league fight against the bottom four Guilds from the Silver league.

  • The top three Guilds from the Silver league fight against the bottom three Guilds from the Gold league.

To see what top Guilds are to fight in the transition matches, tap the Leagues button in the Guild War menu. Such Guilds have a green arrow next to their banner.

The transition of a Guild from one league to another takes place on Saturday night after the end of transition matches. If a transition match ends in a draw, both Guilds stay in their leagues.

Transtion matches

Guild War Shop becomes available at team level 30. You can access it by tapping the Shop tab in the bottom-left corner of the Guild War screen:

  • What's the best team/hero?
All characters in the game are unique. Each battle requires specific strategy and team composition. There is not a single team that can defeat them all. Try experimenting with different characters depending on your opponent.
  • Tower difficulty
The difficulty of the Tower depends on your team level that you can find under your avatar on the game's main screen. If your heroes are not upgraded up to that level, clearing the Tower might become a challenge.
  • My heroes don't get EXP in raids
When you raid a mission, your heroes do not obtain experience directly. Instead, acquired experience points are converted into EXP Potions that you can find in your Inventory and use to upgrade any hero of your choice.
  • Daily Bonus has reset, but I haven't collected all rewards!
On the first day of each calendar month, the counter of the collected rewards is reset, and you start collecting rewards again from the first day of the month.
  • Letters disappeared from my mailbox!
Letters are stored in your in-game mailbox for a limited amount of time, usually for three days. Afterward, any items they contain are permanently deleted. The expiration date is displayed at the bottom of the letter. Make sure to claim rewards as soon as they arrive in your mailbox. Our Support team cannot restore expired letters and rewards.
  • x2 rewards in Dungeon
You get a double reward for clearing a Dungeon level for the first time: 50 Titan Potions, 2 Soul Stones, and 12 titanite: If you clear the level again, the reward is 25 Titan Potions, 1 Soul Stone, and 6 titanite:
  • My titans haven't resurrected in Dungeon
Titans resurrect with the Dungeon reset at the beginning of a game day, at 5:00 AM your in-game time zone. If your titans are still dead, then you have already explored the Dungeon today or changed the time zone recently. You will be able to proceed tomorrow.
  • I didn't get the Arena reward at 8 PM
To receive the reward, you need to attack at least once in Arena or Grand Arena before 8:00 PM your in-game time zone. Successful defenses do not count for issuing the reward.
  • I don't get Arena or Grand Arena Coins for a successful defense
Each day only the first five successful defenses grant Arena Coins, so you can receive up to 50 Coins. All further defenses are not rewarded. The same rule works for Grand Arena.
  • I've attacked a player and won, but my position in the Arena hasn't changed
If you have attacked a player and won, but your position in the Arena has not changed, it means that while you were choosing a target, they were attacked by another player and lost. Since their position became lower than yours, your ranking did not change.
  • I was attacked from a far-away position in Arena / Grand Arena
There are two matchmaking ranges in Arena and Grand Arena: visible and hidden. The visible range includes player positions you can see in the list of suggested opponents. The hidden range is wider than the visible range. It ensures that opponents do not disappear while you are choosing an opponent or heroes to attack. Without this range, you would have to constantly look for a new opponent because positions in Arena and Grand Arena are dynamic and change quickly. Note: the hidden range allows you to attack an opponent even if they have changed their position while you were selecting your heroes. However, if the new position is outside both the visible and hidden range, you will have to look for a different opponent.
  • I've lost though my team has more power than my opponent's
Sometimes a weaker team can defeat a stronger one. This situation can happen because of how energy accumulates: heroes get 1% energy, and titans – 0.5% for every 1% of the maximum health points lost. A weaker team takes more damage, thus accumulating energy faster. The quicker a character gets 1000 energy points, the sooner they can use their first skills. That is why the energy generation speed can directly affect the outcome of a battle. To avoid this situation, you can try upgrading your team even further or changing its composition.
  • I have a question regarding a specific battle
In this article, you can find answers to frequently asked questions about the combat system: how hero skills work, how energy generation affects battles, how team composition can play a crucial role in combat, and much more! If you still have questions regarding a specific battle, take the following steps to understand what is going on: Read the description of the abilities of each hero that participated in that battle. There are over 200 abilities in the game, and their interaction is usually the key. You can toggle the detailed descriptions of skills in the game settings: Check the active effects from the first artifacts. If damage is too high or too low, most likely, the heroes are under buffs. Artifacts affect the whole team, not only one hero: If a hero has chosen a different target than you expected, pay attention to the skills that can influence target selection. For example, Jorgen's Leper is one such skill. Check if your heroes are under any control effects. Try experimenting with hero combinations paying attention to strengths and weaknesses of both teams. Well-chosen heroes may sometimes defeat opponents even when outnumbered. If you still have not figured everything out, you can discuss the battle with the members of your Guild or ask other players for help on our official Discord server or Reddit.
  • I battled Hydra but didn't get my Elemental Sphere
Your personal activities, including daily quests, reset at 05:00 AM your in-game time zone, while Hydra battles reset at 02:00 AM UTC. If your in-game time zone is different from UTC, all Hydra battles fought between 02:00 AM UTC and 05:00 AM of your in-game time zone will not be counted in today's daily quests activity. To avoid this situation, you should not attack Hydra during this time period.
  • Some of the in-game items are missing
Our system ensures that every in-game action is processed and validated by the game server. It guarantees that items do not disappear on their own and cannot be lost. If an item is nowhere to be found, it means that it was either used, exchanged, or not there in the first place.
  • Golden Horn of Summoning is missing
Our system ensures that every in-game action is processed and validated by the game server. It guarantees that items do not disappear on their own and cannot be lost. If you cannot find a Golden Horn of Summoning, there are two possible scenarios: You did not open a Golden Horn Box. The Altar of the Elements grand prize is a Golden Horn Box. You need to tap Inventory and then Consumable. Find the Golden Horn Box and open it to grant one Golden Horn of Summoning to yourself and every player in your Guild. You have already used the Golden Horn of Summoning.
  • I created an item, but it disappeared
Our system ensures that every in-game action is processed and validated by the game server. It guarantees that items do not disappear on their own and cannot be lost. If a piece of equipment is missing, there are three possible scenarios: You might have equipped this item with another hero. Items are not unique and can be used for various heroes. You might have sold this item sold for gold or exchanged it for activity points for your Guild. Crafting in the game is a complex, multi-level system. All higher-tier items are crafted out of lower-tier gear.
  • I accidentally transferred to the wrong server
You can transfer back to your original server for a fee any time you like. You will get 1050 emeralds and 400 VIP points as a bonus.
  • How to delete a character/profile on a certain server
If you want to delete a game profile on a certain server, contact our Support team. In your inquiry, mention the ID of the profile you want to delete. You can find it by tapping your avatar in the game. Our team does not delete: Profiles with negative emerald balance. Profiles with the highest team level on the account, even if they are low-level / VIP 1-11. Note that all resources you have on that server will be permanently deleted as well.
  • I can't upgrade a skill/skin
If you cannot upgrade a skill/skin, it usually means that you either have not unlocked it yet or have already maxed it out. If this is not the case, try reinstalling the game. Make sure that you have synchronized your account with Google Play Games / AppStore / AppGallery. After that, delete the game and download it again.
  • I got a skin from Outland but I can't find it
If you cannot find an Outland skin, it means that you do not own the necessary hero yet. You can find the skin in the Inventory tab. Once you unlock the needed hero, you will find the skin in their Skins tab.
  • Guild and personal activity mismatch
Your personal activities reset at 05:00 AM your in-game time zone, and Guild activities reset at 02:00 AM UTC. If your personal time zone is different from UTC, all activity and titanite earned between 02:00 AM UTC and 05:00 AM of your in-game time zone will not be counted in today's Guild activity. It is counted towards the Guild activities of the previous day. To avoid this situation, you should not collect activity or titanite and upgrade Glyphs during this time period.
  • What's the penalty for leaving a Guild?
If you quit a Guild, you have to wait for 8 hours before joining a new one. You can spend 25 emeralds to skip the waiting time. If your Guild is in the Silver or Gold league, you will not be able to become a Champion until the end of the current week.
  • How to change Guild Master
If the Guild Master does not log in to the game for more than 30 days in a row, their title is automatically transferred to a General or an Officer who is the first one to log in to the game after the 30 days timer has run out. If the Guild Master logs in, the 30 days timer resets. Another way of transferring the title is to contact that player directly and ask them to manually transfer the title to someone else.
  • Our Guild Master's offline for a long period of time
If the Guild Master does not log in to the game for more than 30 days in a row, their title is automatically transferred to a General or an Officer who is the first one to log in to the game after the 30 days timer has run out. If the Guild Master logs in, the 30 days timer resets. Another way of transferring the title is to contact that player directly and ask them to manually transfer the title to someone else.
  • My Guild has no Guild War on Saturday
The standard Guild War Season starts on Monday and ends on Friday. On Saturday, only transitional matches take place. In these matches, top Guilds from every league except for Gold fight against bottom Guilds from the higher leagues to promote to a higher league. If you do not have an opponent on Saturday, it means that you finished the week in the middle of your league.
  • I've won a fight in Arena but lost a battle against the same team in Guild War
Arena and Guild War are two different game modes with their own features. Firstly, all battles in Arena are automatic, whereas in Guild War you can manually control your heroes and activate their first skills. Secondly, the animation of characters' first skills varies. In fully automatic battles, where manual combat is not available in any way (e.g., in Arena), first skills do not stop a fight. In manual combat, even with auto mode turned on (e.g., in Guild War), animations of the first skills stop a battle entirely. During this pause, skills can still damage opponents. Thus, the results in Arena and Guild War may vary.

If you have completed a task and received fewer emeralds than promised, there are three possible scenarios: You received the correct number of emeralds. When you select a task from the Free tab, the multiplier is already applied to the reward shown on the right side of the list. The multiplier offer had already expired when you selected the task. The multiplier offer appeared after you had selected the task.
  • I get different Free tasks than other players

  • I completed a secret mission but didn't get my reward
Secret mission posts always specify what mission you need to complete and when the task expires. Make sure that you have completed the right mission and that the task is still available. You have to complete the mission with at least one star to get the reward. You can either raid it or clear it manually. The reward is sent in a letter to your game mail. If the letter does not appear, try rebooting the game.
  • I can't get Cleaver or a supertitan
Cleaver and supertitans are unique and rare rewards. You have a certain chance to get a super prize every time you open а chest or sphere. Neither the number of chests/spheres opened nor their type (for emeralds or free ones) affects the result. The chance is the same for all players, so it is a matter of luck.
