Free Emeralds Tasks and Videos
Here, you can find answers to frequently asked questions about the free emeralds tasks and videos.
You can get rewards for watching video ads. There are several places in the game where you can do so:
Boxy
Boxy appears on the main game screen at team level 18:
Every day, Boxy shows ten video ads. You get various rewards for watching them. You get five videos at 5:00 AM your local time and five more at 5:00 PM.
Theater
The Theater unlocks once you complete the tutorial. You can find it by tapping Merchant on the main game screen.
Keep in mind that you cannot refresh the Theater, and goods are always the same.
Expedition
You can find expeditions on the Airship. To start this expedition, you need to watch a video ad. The expedition lasts six hours and does not require heroes. It also has a unique icon on the map.
Exchange Shop
You can watch a video at the Exchange Shop every eight hours and get gold without spending emeralds. This exchange also counts in the progress of daily quests to use Emerald Exchange. But it neither reduces the number of Emerald Exchange attempts nor increases the number of emeralds needed for an exchange.
Hero Skill Points
You need Skill Points to level up hero skills. After you use Points, it takes time for them to restore: you get one Point every five minutes. You can get a maximum of 20 Skill Points this way.
You can also receive Skill Points by:

spending emeralds;
-
watching a video ad every eight hours.
For each video, you get 10 Skill Points for free.
Note
There is no limit to how many Skill Points you can get for watching videos or spending emeralds. Thus, you can have more than 20 Skill Points available at a time.
If videos do not load or freeze, follow the instructions:

Make sure that your mobile device meets the minimum requirements — 2 GB free RAM. Stable performance cannot be guaranteed on devices with lesser RAM capacities.

Switch your internet connection from mobile to Wi-Fi or vice versa.

Reboot your device. Make sure that your game account is connected to Google Play / Game Center / AppGallery (the store depends on the operating system of your device), and then reinstall the game. Your progress will be automatically recovered.

If you use VPN services, try temporarily disabling all of them and then check if your connection has become better.

If you do not use VPN services, install and enable a VPN and then check if your connection has become better.
If you have no videos to watch, follow the instructions:

To get more videos, open the Theater and tap the Request button.

Reboot your device. Make sure that your game account is connected to Google Play / Game Center / AppGallery (the store depends on the operating system of your device), and then reinstall the game. Your progress will be automatically recovered.
If you still do not get more videos to watch, it means that there are no available videos at the moment. Please wait for new videos to appear.
If videos do not grant rewards, follow the instructions:
1. Make sure that you are connected to a reliable network and that the signal of your device is stable.
2. Switch your Internet connection from mobile to Wi-Fi or vice versa.
3. Make sure that your game account is connected to Google Play / Game Center / AppGallery (the store depends on the operating system of your device), and then follow these steps:

Uninstall the game.

Reboot your device.

Reinstall the game.
When you reinstall the game, your progress will be automatically recovered.

You will see a list of all available offers. If this list is empty, it means that there are no offers available at the moment.
