Open Game Settings by tapping the gear button in the upper-right corner of the main game screen:

Scroll down until you see the Open button. Tap it:

Open Chat at the bottom of the page.

In the chat, select the subject you have a question about and follow the instructions from our Support bot, Raymond.
If you cannot submit a ticket from Hero Wars: Alliance, follow this link to submit a request to Support.
